We contact the client up to one month prior to his/her arrival in New York City. At that time, the client is educated regarding NYC housing and we can gather several points of information regarding preferences, budget and desired location.
One week before arrival, the client is contacted to set up an appointment to meet here in New York City. Helpful preparatory information is given to the client, including, how to secure an apartment once the proper housing situation is located. This will include information on the necessary paperwork and financials.
On the day of the appointment, the client is presented with a list of up to 10 properties that best fit his/hers needs, location and budget. The client is met by one of our corporate relocation agents at his/her location, in a company car. The agent will work with the client in making housing decisions that best fit the clients needs.
When a location is decided upon, our level of client service continues right through the application and lease signing process. Our job is not done until your employee is 100% comfortable and satisfied with their entire experience.
